摘 要:针对增大滑阀动态响应频率的同时满足最低密封要求的问题,推导出圆套柱塞摩擦副中摩擦力和滑阀间隙的数学模型。建立阀芯凸肩面上的黏性力和泄漏量的计算公式。该公式在保证泄漏率并满足密封要求的同时,通过缩短阀芯肩宽和降低流体阻力来提高响应频率。通过这些公式,设计者可以根据不同的泄漏要求选择摩擦副的面积,从而降低黏性力,提高响应频率。In order to solve the problem of increasing the dynamic response frequency of the slide valve while meeting the minimum sealing requirement,the mathematical model of the friction force and the slide valve clearance in a friction pair of the circular sleeve plunger is deduced.The formulae for the viscous force on the spool shoulder surface and the leakage are established.The formulae guarantee the leakage rate and meet the sealing requirement,while the response frequency is improved by shortening the shoulder width of the valve spool and reducing the fluid resistance.Through the formulae,the designers can choose the area of the friction pair according to different leakage requirements,so as to reduce the viscous force and improve the response frequency.
