摘　　要：当前新型职业农民可持续创业发展压力大,创业整体效益及示范带动能力弱,不利于乡村振兴及经济社会可持续高质量发展。因此,从分析新型职业农民可持续创业能力的内涵入手,剖析了新型职业农民可持续创业能力培养存在的问题,提出了新型职业农民可持续创业能力培养的建议:构建基于乡土情怀的农民主体发展机制,健全农业可持续创业人才培养机制,完善政府支持与社会参与的保障机制。At present,the pressure of sustainable entrepreneurship development of the new professional farmers is high,and the overall efficiency and demonstration driving ability of entrepreneurship are weak,which is not conducive to rural revitalization and sustainable high-quality development of economic and social.Therefore,the article analyzes the connotation of the sustainable entrepreneurial ability of new professional farmers,analyzes on the problems existing in the process of cultivating the sustainable entrepreneurial ability of new professional farmers,and puts forward suggestions on the cultivation of sustainable entrepreneurial ability of new professional farmers:build a farmer development mechanism based on local feelings,improve the mechanism for cultivating sustainable agricultural entrepreneurship talents,and improve the guarantee mechanism for government support and social participation.
