摘　　要：目的探究基于PEST模型的智慧化环境下防灾减灾期社区急救推广对社区民众知识知晓率的影响研究。方法在2022年7~9月设计“灾害与急救认知度和参与度调查问卷”“医护人员/社区民众急救推广能力量表”,选取民众800名和医护人员600名进行横断面调查研究,分析各群体态度的影响因素,结合因素在2022年10~12月构建“基于PEST模型的智慧化环境下防灾减灾期社区急救推广普及模式的整体方案”,并设计课程,开展培训。实施前(2023年1~3月)、实施后(2023年4~6月)抽取医护人员230名、社区民众250名,并比较实施前、实施后医护人员和社区民众的认知度、参与度、急救推广能力掌握、体验度。结果实施后医护人员、社区民众对灾害与急救认知度、参与度均高于实施前(P<0.05);实施后医护人员、社区民众的急救推广能力量表评分均高于实施前(P<0.05)。实施后医护人员和社区民众的体验良好率均高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论基于PEST模型的智慧化环境下防灾减灾期社区急救推广普及模式,能有效提高医护人员和社区民众对灾害与急救认知度、参与度以及急救能力。Objective To explore the influence of community first aid promotion on community knowledge awareness rate during disaster prevention and mitigation period based on the PEST(Political,Economic,Social and Technological factors)model in an intelligent environment.Methods From July to September 2022,the Disaster and First Aid Awareness and Participation Questionnaire and the First Aid Promotion Ability Scale for Medical Staff/Community People were designed.A total of 800 community people and 600 medical staff from our hospital were selected for the cross-sectional study.Influencing factors for the attitudes of each population were analyzed.Combined with the identified influencing factors,an overall plan for the community first aid promotion and popularization based on the PEST model in an intelligent environment for disaster prevention and mitigation was formulated from October to December 2022.Relevant courses were designed and the training was conducted.Before(January to March 2023)and after the implementation(April to June 2023),totally 230 medical staff and 250 community people were selected to compare the awareness,participation,ability of first aid promotion and experience.Results The awareness and participation of medical staff and community people on disasters and first aid were significantly higher than those before the implementation(P<0.05).After the implementation,the scores of the First Aid Promotion Ability Scale for Medical Staff/Community People were significantly higher than those before the implementation(P<0.05).After implementation,the rate of good experience of medical staff and community people was significantly higher than that before the implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion The community first aid promotion and popularization based on the PEST model in the intelligent environment during disaster prevention and mitigation can effectively improve the awareness,participation and first aid ability of medical staff and community people to disaster and first aid.
