摘　　要：目的探讨三位一体协同管理模式对骨科急症内固定术后患者围手术期血栓的防治作用。方法选取2020年5月至2021年5月收治的行骨科急症内固定术治疗患者100例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者采用三位一体协同管理模式,比较2组患者的护理效果。结果观察组的住院花费低于对照组,住院天数短于对照组,下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组术后3 d和7 d的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均低于术前,术后7 d的VAS评分低于术前3 d,且观察组术后3 d和7 d的VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,2组的心理弹性得分均显著高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组物质生活、身体功能、心理功能、社会功能等评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的依从性明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将三位一体协同管理模式用于骨科急症内固定术围术期,有利于提高护理效果,降低血栓发生率。Objective To explore the preventive and therapeutic effect of Trinity collaborative management model on perioperative thrombosis in patients undergoing orthopaedic emergency internal fixation.Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent orthopedic emergency internal fixation in our hospital from May 2020 to May 2021 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 50 cases in each group.Routine nursing care was given to the control group,and the observation group received Trinity collaborative management model.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The hospitalization cost in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the length of hospital stay was significantly shorter than the control group,and the incidence of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis(DVT)was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of both groups at 3 and 7 days after operation were significantly lower than those before operation,the VAS scores at 7 days after operation were lower than those at 3 days after operation,and the VAS scores at 3 and 7 days after operation in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the psychological elasticity scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those before intervention,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).In terms of material life,physical function,psychological function and social function,and the scores of various indexes in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).In terms of treatment,the compliance of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).In terms of nursing satisfaction,the score in the observation group was remarkably higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Trinity collaborative management model in the periopera
