摘  要:为实现对金刚石氮空位(Nitrogen-Vacancy,NV)色心的频率扫描,基于LabVIEW,通过USB协议进行通信,将原有测频的软件进行整改,设计了频率扫描系统,介绍了系统的整体结构以及一些关键的程序框图,验证了系统的性能。结果显示:系统可以满足在频率2.6 GHz~3.2 GHz,扫频步长最小0.1 MHz,扫频间隔时间0.1 ms的情况下进行扫频操作,已在项目中流畅稳定运行。LabVIEW开发周期较短,易于维护与拓展,后期可开发集成功率扫描模块,实现功率检测。In order to realize the frequency sweep of diamond nitrogen-vacancy(NV)color center,based on LabVIEW,communicate through USB protocol,rectify the original software for frequency measurement,design a frequency sweep system,introduce the system The overall structure and some key block diagrams in this paper,and the performance of the system is verified.The results show that the system can perform frequency sweep operation when the frequency is between 2.6GHz and 3.2GHz,the minimum frequency sweep step is 0.1MHz,and the frequency sweep interval is 0.1ms.The system has been running smoothly and stably in the project.LabVIEW has a short development cycle and is easy to maintain and expand.The integrated power scanning module can be developed later to realize power detection.
