摘　　要：目的探讨膝关节液炎性因子IL-1β、TNF-α表达水平与膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)K-L分级的关系。方法收集KOA患者250例,根据膝关节正侧位X线片及K-L分级分为Ⅰ级组、Ⅱ级组、Ⅲ级组、Ⅳ级组。采用双抗夹心酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法检测4组患者膝关节液标本IL-1β和TNF-α的表达水平。分析KOA的K-L分期与膝关节液炎性因子的关系。结果KOA患者膝关节液IL-1β和TNF-α的水平随K-L分级的增高显著增加(P<0.05);非参数检验表明,除Ⅰ、Ⅱ级组IL-1β表达水平之间,其余组间的IL-1β和TNF-α表达水平均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论KOA患者膝关节液中IL-1β和TNF-α的水平较高,且其表达水平与K-L分级密切相关。Objective To investigate the relationship between Kellgren Lawrence(KOA)K-L grading in knee osteoarthritis and interleukin-1βin knee joint fluid(Interleukin-1β,IL-1β).And tumor necrosis factor-α(Tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)The relationship between expression levels.Methods Totally 250 KOA patients were collected and divided into gradeⅠ,gradeⅡ,gradeⅢ,and grade IV group based on knee joint anterolateral X-ray and K-L grading.IL-1βin knee joint fluid samples from four groups of patients was detected using double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)And TNF-αlevel of expression.Analyze the relationship between K-L staging of the knee joint and inflammatory factors in knee joint fluid.Results Knee joint fluid IL-1βin KOA patients and TNF-αlevel significantly increased with the increase of K-L grading(P<0.05);Non parametric tests indicate that patients,except for IL-1βin grade I and II groups between expression levels,IL-1βbetween other groups and TNF-α,there were significant differences in expression levelsg(P<0.05).Conclusion IL-1βin knee joint fluid of KOA patients and TNF-α,the level of expression is relatively high,and its changes are closely related to K-L grading.
