摘 要:在乡村振兴战略的实施过程中,乡村教师具有天然优势,是乡村教育振兴的内生动力。当前,陕甘宁革命老区乡村教师在融入乡村振兴过程中正在面临着乡村教师心向城市、内生动力不足、融入通道不畅等多重困境。为了满足乡村振兴对于乡村教师的需求以及乡村教师自身的发展,需要从重建乡村教育自信、引领乡村文化振兴和健全制度保障等路径实现乡村教师融入乡村振兴。Rural teachers who provide endogenous power in revitalization of rural education have natural advantages during the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.Currently,having city dreams,lack of endogenous motivation,and poor integration channel are the multiple dilemmas that rural teachers in the old revolutionary areas of Shaanxi,Gansu and Ningxia face when they strive to integrate into rural revitalization.In order to meet the needs of rural teachers and the development of rural teachers themselves,it is necessary to realize the integration of rural teachers into rural revitalization by rebuilding the confidence of rural education,actively leading the revitalization of rural culture,broadening the channels of integration and improving the system guarantee.
