摘 要:随着城市交通拥堵问题的逐渐扩大和绿色出行理念的日益普及,非机动车出行需求快速增长,尤其在道路资源紧缺型城市,与传统机动车运行冲突显著。在道路资源有限的条件下,改造提升既有道路非机动车道空间,建立连续、安全的非机动车通行体系十分必要。以道路资源紧缺型城市广州为例,分析目前非机动车道发展现状特征,总结分析存在问题及深层次根源,从规范突破、需求分析、资源协调等方面提出非机动车道空间改造提升策略,并制定非机动车道设置技术要点,以实例为支撑,给出改造策略具体方案,指导改造实践。As the urban traffic congestion problem becomes widely recognized and the green travel concept gains the popularity,non-motor vehicle trip demand is growing swiftly,and in cities with scarce road resources,there is a significant conflict with traditional motor vehicles.Therefore,under the condition of limited road resources,it is very necessary to explore the transformation and improvement of the existing road non-motorized lane space and establish a continuous and safe non-motorized traffic system.Taking Guangzhou as an example,the characteristics of the current development status of non-motorized lanes is analyzed,the existing problems and deep causes are summarized and analyzed,and the spatial transformation and improvement strategies of non-motorized lanes from the aspects of normative breakthrough,demand analysis,resource coordination,etc.are put forward.Also,the key technical points of non-motorized lanes setting are formulated.With the support of examples,the paper presents the specific transformation strategies and plans to guide the transformation practice.
