摘　　要：轨道交通作为承担城市交通最大客流量运输的交通方式,是区域一体化发展的重要支撑,也是城市交通低碳发展的重要抓手,其不同制式之间的融合、衔接是目前轨道交通建设的重要趋势。为使西安都市圈轨道交通网络功能强大、定位合理,更好地促进西安都市圈协调发展,研究不同区位下的轨道交通建设十分重要。通过对西安都市圈规划目标、概念阐述,从管理组织、线网规模、运营组织和服务模式等3个维度探讨西安都市圈轨道交通四网融合现状,从而提出基于三维度层次分析法的轨道交通四网融合评价方法;最后,根据定性分析以及定量评价结果从管理组织、线网规模、运营组织和服务模式3个方面提出轨道交通四网融合发展策略。As a transportation mode that undertakes the largest passenger flow of urban transportation,rail transit is an important support for regional integration development and an important starting point for low-carbon development of urban transportation.The integration and connection between different systems is an important trend of current rail transit construction.In order to make the rail transit network of Xi'an metropolitan area powerful,reasonable positioning,and better promote the coordinated development of Xi'an metropolitan area,it is very important to study the rail transit construction in different locations.Through elaborating the planning objectives and concepts of Xi'an metropolitan area,this paper discusses the current situation of four-network integration of Xi'an metropolitan area rail transit from three dimensions:management organization,network scale and service mode,and then puts forward an evaluation method of four-network integration of rail transit based on three-dimension analytic hierarchy process.Finally,according to the qualitative analysis and quantitative evaluation results,the paper puts forward the development strategy of four-network integration from three aspects:management organization,network scale and service mode.
