摘　　要：我国城市轨道交通正处于大规模建设发展时期,为优化改善当前接驳服务质量,提高城市轨道交通出行效率和满意度,亟需研究开展轨道交通衔接设施体检评估工作。从设施功能、空间布局、衔接环境三大方面构建12大项、28小项轨道交通衔接设施评估指标体系,以广州市为例,对13条(段)、223个车站(换乘站不重复计算)交通衔接设施进行全面体检评估,根据各项指标量化结果,以“因地制宜、分类施策”为原则,提出精细化治理优化对策。截至2022年底,已有91个轨道交通站点出入口衔接设施问题得到改善,市民满意度从58%提升至87%,该评估体系的构建有利于推动站点周边交通环境治理,助力塑造宜人舒适的城市高品质空间。China's urban rail transit is currently in the large-scale construction and development period.It is urgent to study and carry out physical examination and evaluation of rail transit connection facilities for optimizing and improving the quality of current connection services,improve the efficiency and satisfaction of urban rail transit travel.An evaluation indices system of 12 major and 28 minor projects is established from three aspects of facility function,spatial layout and connection environment.Taking Guangzhou as an example,a comprehensive physical examination and evaluation on the connection facilities of 13 sections and 223 subway stations is conducted.According to the quantitative results of various indicators,the governance and optimization countermeasures are proposed based on the principle of"adjusting measures to local conditions and implementing classified policies".At the end of 2022,91 subway station connection facilities have been improved,and citizen satisfaction has increased from 58%to 87%.The construction of this evaluation system is conducive to promoting the governance of the traffic environment around the station and helping to shape a pleasant and comfortable high-quality urban space.
