摘  要:目的:探讨噻托溴铵联合β_(2)受体激动剂对慢阻肺伴支气管扩张患者气道阻力、炎性因子指标、肺功能的影响。方法:选取我院2020年2月至2022年2月收治的90例慢阻肺伴支气管扩张患者,随机分为观察组45例与对照组45例,观察组实施噻托溴铵联合β_(2)受体激动剂(盐酸特布他林)治疗,对照组实施布地奈德治疗。比较两组气道阻力、血清炎性因子及肺功能变化变化情况。结果:观察组治疗后Z5、R20、R5均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血清IL-6、TNF-α、CRP水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后FEV1、FVC、PEF水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:噻托溴铵联合β2受体激动剂能有效降低COPD伴BE患者气道阻力与炎性因子水平,改善肺功能,值得推广应用。Objective:To investigate the effects of thiotropium bromide combined withβ2 receptor agonist on air⁃way resistance,inflammatory factor index and pulmonary function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and bronchiectasis.Methods:Ninety patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with bronchiecta⁃sis admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were randomly divided into an observation group(n=45)and a control group(n=45).The observation group was treated with thiotropium bromide combined withβ2 receptor agonist(terbutaline hydrochloride),and the control group wastreated with budesonide.The changes of airway resis⁃tance,serum inflammatory factors and pulmonary function were compared between the two groups.Results:Z5,R20 and R5 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.005).The serum IL⁃6,TNF⁃α,CRP levelsin the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group(P<0.005).The FEV1,FVC,PEF levels in the observation group after treatment were higher than those in the control group(P<0.005).Conclusion:Thiotropium bromide combined withβ2 receptor agonist can effectively reduce airway resistance and inflam⁃matory factor level and improve pulmonary function in COPD patients with BE.It is worth popularizing and applying.
