摘　　要：在医药院校实践教学中,为了保障精细化教育管理效果,需要加强信息化建设,保障应用操作层面以及理论研究层面达到理想教育管理效果。医药院校实践教学管理信息化当务之急是“创新”,应依托信息技术,贯彻落实高等教育理念,有效规划、组织、协调各项培训管理工作,促进高校教育管理,在便捷、合理的基础上,不断提高教育信息化的水平。In the practical teaching of Medical colleges and universities,in order to ensure the effectiveness of refined education management,it is necessary to strengthen information technology construction,and ensure that the application and operation levels as well as theoretical research levels achieve ideal educational management effects.The urgent task for the informationization of practical teaching management in medical colleges is"innovation".Medical colleges and universities should rely on information technology,implement higher education concepts,effectively plan,organize,and coordinate various training management activities,promote the effective development of higher education management,and meet the needs of educational informationization development on a convenient and reasonable basis.
