摘 要:目的探讨静力性抗阻训练联合体外冲击波(extracorporeal shock wave,ESW)治疗神经根型颈椎病(cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,CSR)的临床疗效。方法使用随机数表法将2021年6月~2022年12月在本院就诊的96例CSR患者分为对照组(n=48)和观察组(n=48)。对照组接受ESW治疗,观察组在ESW治疗基础上接受静力性抗阻训练,两组治疗周期均为20 d。比较两组治疗前后疼痛程度、颈椎活动度和颈椎功能。结果与治疗前相比,两组治疗后VAS评分和NDI评分均下降(P<0.05),而颈椎前屈、后伸活动度和CASCS评分均上升(P<0.05);观察组治疗后VAS评分和NDI评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),而颈椎前屈、后伸活动度和CASCS评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论静力性抗阻训练联合ESW治疗可有效缓解CSR患者疼痛,且能有效提高患者颈椎活动度和颈椎功能。Objective To explore the clinical effect of static resistance training combined with extracorporeal shock wave(ESW)in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR).Methods A total of 96 patients with CSR in our hospital from June 2021 to December 2022 were divided into the control group(n=48)and the observation group(n=48)by random number table method.The control group received ESW treatment,and the observation group received static resistance training on the basis of ESW treatment.The treatment period of both groups was 20 days.The degree of pain,cervical range of motion and cervical spine function before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,VAS score and NDI score decreased in both groups compared withbefore treatment(P<0.05),while cervical anteflexion,posterior extension range of motion and CASCS score increased(P<0.05).The VAS score and NDI score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05),while the cervical anteflexion,posterior extension range of motion and CASCS score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Static resistance training combined with ESW treatment can effectively relieve pain in patients with CSR,and can effectively improve cervical range of motion and cervical spine function.
