摘 要:使用仪器分析方法分析了高强度绝缘胶的力学性能、黏度、热导率、体积电阻率和膨胀系数。采用热重分析法(TG),在空气气氛下分别以10、20、30、40℃/min的升温速率对丙烯酸酯基隔音复合材料的热分解进行了分析。实验结果表明高强度绝缘胶室温拉伸剪切强度为23.5 MPa,25℃黏度为92000 m Pa·s,导热率为0.353 W/m·K,体积电阻率为3.5×10^(15)Ω·cm。膨胀系数为5.44×10^(-5)℃^(-1),在空气中300℃失重率为0.14%~0.80%;采用Kissinger方程和Flynn-Wall-Ozawa方程对高强度绝缘胶热分解动力学常数进行了计算,分别得出高强度绝缘胶的热分解活化能为82.71 k J/mol和78.27 k J/mol。The mechanical properties,viscosity,thermal conductivity,volume resistivity and expansion coefficient of high-strength insulating adhesive are analyzed by instrument.The thermogravimetric analysis(TG)is used to analyze the thermal decomposition of acrylate based sound insulation composites at the heating rate of 10,20,30 and 40℃/min respectively in air atmosphere.The experimental results show that the tensile shear strength of high-strength insulating adhesive at room temperature is 23.5 MPa,the viscosity is 92000 mPa·s at 25℃,the thermal conductivity is 0.353 W/m·K,and the volume resistivity is 3.5×10^(15)Ω·cm.The expansion coefficient is 5.44×10^(-5)℃^(-1),the weight loss rate at 300℃in air is in the range of 0.14%~0.80%;The kinetic constants of thermal decomposition of high-strength insulating adhesive are calculated by Kissinger equation and Flynn Wall Ozawa equation.The activation energies of thermal decomposition of high-strength insulating adhesive are 82.71 kJ/mol and 78.27 kJ/mol respectively.
