摘 要:以活性炭(AC)为载体,采用超声辅助乙二醇(EG)还原法制备了活性炭负载纳米钯催化剂(Pd/AC-EGus)。利用XRD、XPS、TEM等对催化剂的结构、组成和形貌进行了表征。纳米钯粒子(PdNPs)均匀分布在AC表面及孔道内,粒径分布在3.31~9.97 nm之间,平均粒径为5.93 nm,无明显团聚现象。在180℃,Pd/12H-NEC物质的量比为0.3%的条件下,Pd/AC-EGus-200/30催化12H-NEC脱氢反应,6 h时释氢量为5.43%(wt),产氢率达到93.7%。乙二醇为环境友好型弱还原剂,在超声辅助条件下可快速将Pd2+还原为Pd原子,有效缩短了还原时间,为负载型纳米催化剂的绿色制备提供了借鉴。Activated carbon supported nano palladium catalyst(Pd/AC EGus)is prepared by ultrasonic assisted ethylene glycol reduction method with activated carbon(AC)as the carrier.The structure,composition,and morphology of the prepared catalyst are characterized by XRD,XPS and TEM.The Pd nanoparticles uniformly distribute on the surface and within the channels of AC,with particle sizes ranging from 3.31 to 9.97 nm and an average particle size of 5.93 nm,without significant agglomeration.Under the conditions of 180℃and Pd/12H-NEC molar ratio of 0.3%,the dehydrogenation reaction of dodecyl-N-ethylcarbazole(12H-NEC)over Pd/AC-EGus-200/30 catalyst is carried out.The hydrogen release is 5.43%(wt),and the hydrogen production efficiency reaches 93.7%for 6 h.The ethylene glycol as a weak environmentally friendly reducing agent can quickly reduce Pd2+to Pd under ultrasonic assisted conditions,and effectively shortens the reduction time.The method provides reference for the green preparation of supported nanocatalysts.
