摘 要:采用经不同高温煅烧后的医用级氧化镁、磷酸二氢钾作为骨胶粘剂的固相,去离子水作为液相,硼砂作为缓凝剂,成功制备一种新型镁基骨胶粘剂(MBA)固化试样。此外,还通过X-射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、煮水法等测试方法对不同制备条件下新型镁基骨胶粘剂进行深入微观结构分析。结果表明:液固比及氧化镁煅烧温度对MBA水化产物的相组成影响不大,水化产物主要是MgKPO_(4)·6H_(2)O(MKP)和MgKPO_(4)·H_(2)O,还含有大量未参与水化的氧化镁颗粒;镁基骨胶粘剂均为层片状显微结构。此外,增大液固比会导致MBA中的孔隙增多,孔径变大。The medical grade magnesium oxide and potassium dihydrogen phosphate calcined at different temperatures are used as the solid phase of bone adhesive,the deionized water is used as the liquid phase,and the borax is used as a retarder to prepare a new type of magnesium-based bone adhesive curing sample.In addition,the microstructure of the new magnesium-based bone adhesive under different preparation conditions is further studied by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and boiling water method.The results show that the liquid-solid ratio and calcination temperature of magnesium oxide have little effect on the phase composition of MBA hydration products.The hydration products are mainly MgKPO_(4)·6H_(2)O(MKP)and MgKPO_(4)·H_(2)O,and also contain a large number of magnesium oxide particles which don’t involve in hydration;The microstructure of Mg-based bone adhesive is lamellar.In addition,increasing the liquid-solid ratio will lead to more pores and larger pore size in MBA.
