摘  要:以石灰、水泥熟料、钢渣粉、电石渣、废石膏等为原材料,制备一系列不同粒径的电石渣型和矿渣型土壤固化剂,分析两类固化剂不同粒径分别对黏土、沙土的改良效果,并对稳定土进行耐久性试验分析。结果表明:0.075~<0.15 mm规格改良效果总体上最明显;电石渣型固化剂对黏土改良效果优于沙土,矿渣型固化剂恰好相反;矿渣型固化剂的3 d无侧限抗压强度显著高于电石渣型,能迅速形成强度。相对于标准养护条件,现场养护条件下无侧限抗压强度均发生不同程度降低;干湿循环和冻融循环试验下,两种稳定土标准样和试验样无侧限抗压强度均随着循环次数增加不断增强,且循环试样强度均低于标准养护条件;相同条件下矿渣型-沙土类型的抗压强度低于电石渣型-黏土类型,强度损失也较低;但随循环次数不断增加,两种稳定土的强度损失率均不断增加,质量损失率先增加随后降低。The lime,cement clinker,steel slag powder,calcium carbide slag,waste gypsum,etc.are selected as raw materials,a series of lime and cement soil curing agents with different particle sizes are prepared.The improvement effects of the two kinds of curing agents with different particle sizes on clay and sandy soil are analyzed,the durability test of stabilized soil is also carried out.The results show that the improvement effect of 0.075~<0.15 mm specification is the most obvious in general.The effect of lime curing agent on clay is better than that of sandy,while cement curing agent is the opposite.The 3 d unconfined compressive strength of cement curing agent is significantly higher than that of lime curing agent,and the strength can be formed quickly.Compared with the standard curing condition,the unconfined compressive strength decreases in different degrees under the on-site curing condition.In the dry-wet circulation and freeze-thaw circulation tests,the unconfined compressive strength of the standard and test samples of the two stabilized soils increases with the number of cycles,and the strength of the cyclic samples are lower than that under the standard curing condition.Under the same conditions,the compressive strength of cement-sandy soil type is lower than that of lime-clay type,and the strength loss is also lower.However,with the increase of the number of cycles,the strength loss rate of the two stabilized soils increases continuously,and the mass loss firstly increases and then decreases.
