钢结构建筑粘结界面的受力性能研究

摘  要:在钢结构建筑高度应力部分粘贴某些特殊材料,能够有效缓冲受到的破坏力,提高结构安全性。在此情况下,对粘结界面的受力性能有着较高的要求。在此背景下,进行钢结构建筑粘结界面的受力性能研究是十分必要的。选取实验材料与设备,制作试件并在上面布设应变片和位移传感器,利用液压伺服万能试验机按照荷载加载制度对试件施加压力,应变片和位移传感器采集数据,分析粘结界面的受力性能,包括开裂荷载、极限荷载、荷载-应变曲线、荷载-位移曲线、抗剪强度、抗压强度以及抗弯强度。结果表明:温度高、温度低都会导致试件的开裂荷载和极限荷载下降,且后者要比前者下降得更多。开始时,应变值开始与荷载呈正相关,当达到开裂荷载节点时,应变值下降并随之继续呈现上述趋势,当到达极限荷载节点时,应变值直线下降。在荷载加载初期,位移随着荷载的增加而增大,当到开裂荷载时,曲线斜率逐渐平缓,当到达极限荷载后,曲线骤降并迅速归零。-10℃时试件抗压强度最低,20℃时试件抗压强度最高,而50℃相对于20℃有所下降,但是下降程度并不大。随着温度的升高,抗弯强度随之降低。不同的温度工况下,抗剪强度相差不大。Bonding some special materials on the high stress part of the steel structure building can effectively buffer the destructive force and improve the structural safety.In this case,there are higher requirements for the mechanical properties of the bonding interface.In this background,it is very necessary to study the mechanical behavior of the bonding interface of steel structures.The experimental materials and equipment are selected,then the test pieces are fabricated and the strain gauges and displacement sensors are laid on them.The pressure is applied to the test pieces according to the load loading system with the hydraulic servo universal testing machine.The data are collected by the strain gauges and displacement sensor and the stress performances of bonding interface,including cracking load,ultimate load,load-strain curve,load-displacement curve,shear strength,compressive strength and bending strength are analyzed.The results show that both high and low temperature will lead to the decrease of cracking load and ultimate load of the specimen,and the latter will decrease more than the former.At the beginning,the strain value begins to be positively correlated with the load.When the cracking load node has reached,the strain value decreases and continues to show the above trend.When the ultimate load node has reached,the strain value decreases linearly.During the initial stage of load loading,the displacement increases with the increase of load.When the cracking load has reached,the slope of the curve gradually flattens.When the ultimate load has reached,the curve suddenly drops and quickly returns to zero.The compressive strength of the test piece is the lowest at-10℃and the highest at 20℃,while the compressive strength of the test piece at 50℃is lower than that at 20℃,but the decline is not significant.With the increase of temperature,the bending strength decreases.The shear strength has little difference under different temperature conditions.
