摘　　要：十二硫醇作为ABS树脂、丁苯橡胶和丁腈橡胶等高分子材料的聚合分子量调节剂,是重要的有机硫化工产品。随着我国ABS树脂的产能扩张,十二硫醇年需求量呈快速增长趋势。然而目前我国的十二硫醇主要依赖进口,价格以及供应受国际市场的影响、制约。介绍了合成十二硫醇的几种主要方法,结合国内ABS树脂等的生产现状及未来几年产能变化,展望了十二硫醇的应用前景,同时对十二硫醇国产化提出了建议。Dodecyl mercaptan is an important organic sulfur chemical product as a polymer molecular weight regulator for acrylonitrile butadiene styrene,styrene-butadiene,nitrile rubber and other high molecular materials.With the capacity expansion of acrylonitrile butadiene styrene in China,the annual demand for dodecyl mercaptan is growing rapidly.However,currently,Chinese dodecyl mercaptan mainly relies on imports,and its price and supply are influenced and constrained by the international market.Several main methods for the synthesis of dodecyl mercaptan are introduced.The application prospect of dodecyl mercaptan in combination with the production status of acrylonitrile butadiene styrene in China and the production capacity change in the next few years is described,and some suggestions on the gradual localization of dodecyl mercaptan are proposed.
