摘 要:双组分丙烯酸酯结构胶粘剂应用范围广,可用于粘接金属、非金属材料,应用于飞机、汽车、建筑、电子产品等领域。填料因其自身特性而无法溶解于胶粘剂体系,但经过改性之后,填料与胶粘剂之间的相互作用可以改善胶粘剂的机械性能、增加其黏度、促使胶粘剂与基体之间获得更好的附着力等。因此,通过无机填料改性研究赋予丙烯酸酯结构胶粘剂优异的性能,是丙烯酸酯结构胶粘剂的一个发展趋势。从力学性能、导热性、耐湿热性和耐腐蚀性能等方面综述了近些年来无机填料在丙烯酸酯结构胶粘剂中的应用研究,并对无机填料改性丙烯酸酯结构胶粘剂的应用前景进行了展望。Two-component acrylate structural adhesive has a wide range of applications,it can be used to bond metal,non-metallic materials,and can be applied to aircraft,automobile,construction,electronics and other fields.Fillers cannot be dissolved in the adhesive system because of their own characteristics,but after modification,the interaction between fillers and adhesives can improve the mechanical properties of adhesive,increase its viscosity,and promote better adhesion between the adhesive and the matrix.Therefore,the excellent performance of acrylate structural adhesives is given by inorganic filler modification studies,which is a development trend of acrylate structural adhesives.The application research on inorganic fillers in acrylate structural adhesives in recent years is reviewed from the aspects of mechanical properties,thermal conductivity,damp heat resistance and corrosion resistance,and the application prospects of inorganic filler modified acrylate structural adhesives are described.
