湿润烧伤膏治愈小腿软组织坏死1例报告  

One Case Report of Shank Soft Tissue Necrosis Treated with MEBO

摘　　要：给予2019年7月重庆市黔江中心医院收治的1例汽车碾压致右侧小腿软组织挫裂伤患者局部创面行常规碘伏换药治疗,后创周部分正常皮肤组织逐渐坏死,并形成大面积黑色痂皮,遂改为湿润烧伤膏换药治疗。湿润烧伤膏治疗8周后,创面完全愈合,愈后皮肤可见表浅性瘢痕,患肢形态及功能恢复正常。患者出院后随访1年,愈后皮肤生长良好,可见部分皮肤色素缺失。One patient with contusion and laceration of soft tissues at right shank caused by running over was admitted into Qianjiang Central Hospital of Chongqing in July 2019.The local wound was managed with routine dressing change of povidone iodine solution,but partial normal skin tissues at wound edges began to necrotize gradually,followed by the formation of massive black crusts.As a result,the dressing change of MEBO was applied instead.After 8 weeks of treatment with MEBO,the wound was healed completely,and superficial scar was visible on the healed skin,but the appearance and functions of the affected shank restored to normal.During the follow-up one year after discharge,the healed skin grew well,with loss of partial skin pigment.
