摘　　要：通过永磁电机转子装配车间温度控制要求的分析,基于PLC软件完成了车间温度控制系统软件设计,实现了车间温度控制系统的实时监控,并利用MCGS组态仿真软件对程序进行了调试与仿真,为同类产品的设计提供了一定参考。Through the analysis on the temperature control requirements of the assembly workshop of permanent magnet motor rotor and based on PLC software,the software design of temperature control system in assembly workshop of permanent magnet rotor has been completed so as to have realized the real-time monitoring of temperature control system in assembly workshop of permanent magnet rotor.And the debugging and simulation to program by use of MCGS configuration have provided a certain reference for the design of similar products.
