摘　　要：国家标准GB/T 8564—2003《水轮发电机组安装技术规范》正在修订中,通过总结水电站发电机转子磁轭键安装的经验与教训及巨型机组定子机座的低频振动问题,结合转速大于750 r/min的一批高转速水轮发电机组振摆允许值情况,考虑到水轮发电机组(包括抽水蓄能机组)的安全稳定运行,对国标GB/T 8564中转子磁轭键的安装和机组各部位的振动允许值提出修改意见。本文对水电站机组(含抽水蓄能机组)及附属设备的运行和转子磁轭键的安装检修工作具有一定的借鉴作用。The national standard GB/T 8564—2003“Specification installation of hydraulic turbine generator units”is in revision.By summarizing the experience and lessons in installing the rotor yoke key of generators in hydropower stations,as well as the low frequency vibration problem of the stator stand of giant units,and combining with the vibration and swing allowance of a batch of high speed hydro generator units with rotational speed greater than 750 r/min,and considering the safe and stable operation of hydro generator units(including pumped-storage units),the suggestions on revision of the installation of rotor yoke keys and the allowable vibration values of each part of the unit have been put forward.This paper can be used as a reference for the operation of hydropower station units(including pumped-storage units)and auxiliary equipment and the installation and maintenance of rotor yoke keys.
