摘　　要：介绍了1250 MW核电半速汽轮发电机定子通风槽板的产品结构及尺寸特点,阐述了其生产工艺,对影响产品质量的相关因素进行了说明。分析对比了各种焊接方法,经过试验、分析和工艺改进,解决了生产过程中面临的诸多难题,保证了产品质量,实现了核电重要部件的国产化。The product structure and dimension characteristics of stator ventilation slot plate of 1250 MW nuclear power semi-speed turbo generator are introduced and its production technology is described.The related factors affecting product quality are explained,and various welding methods are analyzed and compared.Through continuous testing,analysis and process improvement,many problems in the production process have been solved,product quality has been ensured,and the localization of important nuclear power components has been realized.
