摘　　要：在新疆维吾尔自治区被确定为“丝绸之路经济带”核心区之后,新疆的资源型城市得到快速发展,目前亟需探索高质量和可持续的发展路径。以成熟型资源城市克拉玛依市、库尔勒市、和田市以及成长型资源城市哈密市、阜康市为对象,结合全局熵值法综合评价模型及耦合协调度模型,分析各城市系统中产业、用地、人口子系统演化的态势差异、协调状态及存在的问题,发现:五座城市中产业、用地、人口三结构间协调水平整体向好;成熟型资源城市基础较好但增长慢、波动大;成长型资源城市提升明显但持续性动力不足,存在下降趋势。因此,成熟型资源城市应以产业升级、土地集约发展、人口素质提升为主要方向;而成长型资源城市在强化第二产业、拓展第三产业的同时,需控制开发用地速率,注重人才引进。After Xinjiang Autonomous Region was identified as the core area of the“Silk Road Economic Belt”,the resource-based cities in Xinjiang have developed rapidly.It is urgent to explore high-quality and sustainable development paths.This paper takes the mature resource-based cities Karamay,Korla and Hotan,as well as the growing resource-based cities Hami and Fukang as the objects,combining with the comprehensive evaluation model of global entropy method and the coupling coordination degree model,to analyze the trend differences,coordination status and existing problems in the evolution of sub-systems of industry,land use and population in each urban system.The results show that the coordination level among the three structures of industry,land use and population is gradually improving.The mature resource-based cities have a good foundation,but the growth is slow and volatile.The growing resource-based cities have improved significantly,but the sustainable power is insufficient,and there is a downward trend.
