摘　　要：海上油田原油系统过滤网的状态直接影响泵的运行效率和使用寿命,而原油开采过程中产生的各种杂质无法完全避免,为保证泵的正常运行,需加强过滤网清洗工作。随着海上原油产量逐年增加,某海上油田作为所在开发区域的原油外输枢纽平台,过滤网清洗工作量同步增加,作业现场存在人工清洗效率低及清洗效果差的问题。该自动清洗过滤网装置可以将作业人员从恶劣的作业环境中解放出来,同时可以实现过滤网的全方位立体清洗,可为其他油田的过滤网清洗工作提供借鉴参考。The state of the filter screen in the offshore oil field crude oil system directly affects the operating efficiency and service life of the pump.Various impurities generated during crude oil exploitation can not be completely avoided.In order to ensure the running state of the pump,it is necessary to strengthen the cleaning frequency of the filter screen.With the increase of offshore crude oil production year by year,A certain offshore oilfield,serving as the crude oil export hub of the development area,is experiencing a simultaneous increase in the workload for cleaning its filtration screens.There are problems of low manual cleaning efficiency and poor cleaning effect at the operation site.The automatic cleaning filter screen device can free the operators from the harsh operating environment.At the same time,the device can achieve allround three-dimensional cleaning of the filter screen with good cleaning effect,It also provides reference and guidance for screen cleaning in other oilfields.
