摘　　要：2020年年初,受新冠感染的影响,某油田开发项目透平发电机组无法正常交付。为了尽快交付,提出了在场地进行组装测试的思路。通过归纳分析透平发电机组在建造场地组装测试过程中的技术难点,提出应对措施,为后续项目提供一种有益的思路借鉴。At the beginning of 2020,affected by COVID-19 infection,the turbine generator set of an oilfield development project could not be delivered normally.In order to shorten the delivery cycle,the idea of conducting assembly tests at the site was proposed.By summarizing and analyzing the technical difficulties in the assembly and testing process of turbine generator sets at the construction site,corresponding measures are proposed,providing a beneficial reference for subsequent projects.
