摘 要:为实现无碳复写纸在收、放卷阶段的精确控制,建立了一套基于数学模型的切纸机张力控制系统。该系统在不借助张力传感器的情况下能够根据收卷机构的受力状况进行数学推导,通过对比张力预设值的方式对收卷电机的转速和输出力矩实施控制,维持收卷机构的转矩平衡,进而使收卷张力保持稳定。最后通过Simulink软件对设计的张力控制模型进行仿真分析,根据仿真结果可知,该模型能够使收卷张力准确锚定给定的锥度张力,张力控制效果良好。In order to achieve accurate control of Carbonless Copy Paper in the rewinding and unwinding stages,a tension control system for the paper cutter based on mathematical model was established in this study.The system can perform mathematical derivation based on the force status of the winding mechanism without using a tension sensor.By comparing preset tension values,the speed and output torque of the winding motor are controlled to maintain torque balance of the winding mechanism and ensure stable winding tension.Finally,the designed tension control model in this study was simulated and analyzed using Simulink software.According to the simulation results,it can be observed that the model accurately maintains a given taper tension for winding tension,demonstrating good tension control effect.
