摘　　要：纸质档案资料储存与保护是学校档案管理工作的重要内容,纸质档案资料是学生从学校初期到离校毕业,在校内所形成具有保存价值的档案资料。然而纸质档案资料受到各方面因素的影响较大、易受损变质。为快速解决这一问题,高校管理人员要尽快通过建立健全档案资料的安全管理制度、对档案资料进行合理修裱、加强生物变质防护、优化高校纸质档案数字化管理措施进行保护工作。以纸质档案资料特点入手,分析当前高校学生纸质档案资料生物变质防护工作中存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出预防和处理纸质档案资料生物变质有效手段,以期帮助高校学生纸质档案资料管理实现科学化。The storage and protection of paper archival data is an important part of school archives management.Paper archival data is the archival data with preservation value formed by students from the early stage of school to graduation.However,the paper archival materials are easily damaged and deteriorated by various factros.In order to solve this problem quickly,the administrators of colleges should improve the security management system of archival materials as soon as possible.The archival materials should be properly mounted,the protection of biological deterioration should be strengthed,and the digital management measures of college paper archives should be optimized.Based on the characteristics of paper archival materials,the existing problems was anaylzed in the biodeterioration protection of college students'paper archival materials.The effective measures was proposed to prevent and deal with the biodeterioration of paper archival materials,in order to help college students to achieve scientific management of paper archival materials.
