摘 要:造纸企业为国民经济发展带来了可观数据,但制浆造纸排放污水也引发了不可小觑的生态环境问题。目前造纸污水处理系统依旧依赖于人工经验控制,自动化水平相对偏低。为实现造纸业可持续发展,科学处理制浆造纸污水,造纸企业需根据实际需求引进PLC自动化控制系统,以改善优化造纸污水处理控制体系。据此,通过阐释造纸污水来源及污水处理关键技术,分析造纸污水处理控制难点,由控制模式、硬件软件、监控程序、通信设计多层面深入解析了基于PLC的造纸污水处理自动化控制系统,以期能够为造纸企业实现污水自动化处理提供参考依据。Paper mills have made significant contributions to the development of the national economy,but the discharge of wastewater from pulp and paper mills has also caused substantial ecological and environmental problems.At present,the treatment system of papermaking wastewater still relies on manual experience control,resulting in a relatively low level of automation.In order to achieve sustainable development of in the paper industry and scientifically treat pulp and paper wastewater,paper companies need to introduce PLC automation control systems based on their specific needs to improve and optimize the control system of paper wastewater treatment.This article explains the source of papermaking wastewater and key technologies for wastewater treatment,analyzes the difficulties in controlling papermaking wastewater treatment,and deeply analyzes the PLC based automation control system for papermaking wastewater treatment from multiple aspects such as control mode,hardware and software,monitoring program,and communication design,in order to provide reference for papermaking enterprises to achieve sewage automation treatment.
