摘 要:为了解梵净山花面狸(Paguma larvata)的日活动节律,探讨其在自然环境下的时间分配模式,本研究于2017年4月至2021年12月期间,使用145台红外相机在梵净山国家级自然保护区进行监测,获得大量的花面狸野外数据,使用核密度分析方法(Kernel density estimation)研究了花面狸的日活动节律特征。结果表明:花面狸的日活动呈夜行性,一天中的日活动开始时间为18∶00,结束时间为次日7∶00,一天的活动时间约为13 h;花面狸在不同海拔段的日活动差异不显著(P>0.05);在繁殖期和非繁殖期的日活动差异不显著(P>0.05);在旱季和雨季的日活动差异不显著(P>0.05)。本研究揭示了梵净山花面狸的日活动不受海拔变化、繁殖周期和降雨周期的影响,研究结果可为野生花面狸的保护和管理提供科学依据。In order to understand the daily activity rhythm of Paguma larvata in Fanjingshan National Nature Reserve and explore its time allocation mode in the natural environment,this study used 145 infrared cameras to monitor the behavior of P.larvata in Fanjingshan National Nature Reserve during the period from April 2017 to December 2021,and obtained a large amount of field data.Kernel density estimation was used to study the characteristics of the daily activity rhythm of P.larvata.Results showed that the daily activity of P.larvata was nocturnal,which started at 18∶00 and ended at 7∶00 the next day for about 13 hours.There was no significant difference in the daily activities of P.larvata at different altitudes(P>0.05),between the breeding and non-breeding periods(P>0.05),and between the dry and rainy season(P>0.05).By analyzing the daily activity rhythm characteristics of P.larvata in Fanjingshan National Nature Reserve,we revealed that the daily activity of P.larvata was not affected by the changes in altitude,breeding cycle and rainfall cycle.The results of this study can provide a scientific basis for the protection and management of wild P.larvata.
