基层社会治理创新的实践进路——涂尔干社会团结思想及其现实意义

摘　　要：涂尔干社会团结的理论与思想虽然已历经百年,但对研究当下不断分化的社会形态和基层社会治理创新实践仍具有现实意义。尤其随着分工不断深化,社会异质性逐渐增加,社会面临个人主义膨胀的风险。经济生活与职业团体成为构建人们集体意识的空间与场域,人们与社会的联结逐渐减弱,日常生活面临私有化趋势。研究认为,在基层社会治理中,机械团结与有机团结的辩证统一有助于社区从集体意识、群体认同和民众社区参与两个层面来激活社区秩序建构与社区内生性发展的动力。而职业团体与道德整合的理论则有助于理解基层社会治理中共建共治共享的意义与实践,构建紧密的集体道德生活空间。Although Durkheim's social solidarity theory has passed for a hundred years,it is still of practical significance to study the current constantly differentiated social form and the innovative practice of grassroots social governance.Especially with the deepening of the division of labor,social heterogeneity gradually increases,and the society faces the risk of individualism expansion.Economic life and professional groups have become the space and field for building people's collective consciousness.The connection between people and society has gradually weakened,and daily life is facing a trend of privatization.This research holds that in grassroots social governance,the dialectical unity of mechanical solidarity and organic solidarity helps the community to activate the motivation of community order construction and community endogenous development from two aspects:collective consciousness,group identity and public community participation.The theory of professional groups and moral integration is helpful to understand the significance and practice of co-construction,co-governance and sharing in grassroots social governance,and to build a close collective moral life space.
