摘　　要：新时代坚持和加强高校党建高质量发展势在必行。实证调查研究发现,当前高校党建工作中出现了党的领导核心作用发挥不充分、党务干部抓不牢管不实、党建工作“上热中温下冷”等现象。困境症结表现为:有的党组织政治功能弱化,组织力不实;有的党组织书记主业意识淡化,领导力不足;有的党建活动创新性程度不高,吸引力不够;有的党建文化建设落实不到位,感染力不强。鉴于此,针对性提出牢牢把握党对高校工作的领导权、全面融入立德树人根本任务、深入实施固本强基工程、不断加强党务干部队伍建设、充分发挥党建文化正向作用等破解路向。It is imperative to adhere to and strengthen the high-quality development of party building in universities in the new era.The empirical investigation and study found that the current party building in colleges and universities has some phenomena,such as insufficient play of the role of the Leadership core of the party,the failure of the party cadres to grasp and manage firmly,and the"hot in the middle and cold in the bottom"of the party building work.The crux of the dilemma is manifested as:some party organizations have weakened political functions and weak organizational strength;Some party organization secretaries have a weakened awareness of their main business and insufficient leadership;Some party building activities lack innovation and appeal;Some party building and cultural construction are not fully implemented and have weak appeal.In view of this,targeted solutions are proposed,such as firmly grasping the leadership of the Party over university work,fully integrating into the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents,deeply implementing the project of strengthening the foundation,continuously strengthening the construction of the Party affairs cadre team,and fully exerting the positive role of Party building culture.
