摘　　要：数字劳动者的活劳动是剩余价值创造的唯一源泉,而不同类型平台的数字劳动创造剩余价值的方式具有差异性。数字资本家通过极致追求数字劳动者创造的绝对剩余价值和相对剩余价值以达成数字资本增殖的最大化。数字劳动的剩余价值分配问题一直是社会的焦点,需要明晰数字劳动的剩余价值分配理论与实践,智慧推进数字剩余价值的第一次分配、第二次分配和第三次分配,提高数字剩余价值分配的正义性。总之,数字劳动的剩余价值创造是剩余价值分配的基础,数字劳动的剩余价值分配也对剩余价值创造起到能动的反作用。同时,二者的关系亦呈现为一种非线性,即数字劳动的剩余价值分配不仅深受数字劳动的剩余价值创造所影响,也与生产资料所有制关系有关。The live labor of digital laborers is still the only source of surplus value creation,and the digital labor of different types of platforms have different ways of creating surplus value.At the same time,digital capitalists pursue absolute surplus value and relative surplus value created by digital laborers to maximize the proliferation of digital capital.The distribution of surplus value of digital labor has always been the focus of the society.It is necessary to clarify the theory and practice of the distribution of surplus value of digital labor,and intelligently promote the first distribution,second distribution and third distribution of the surplus value of digital labor,so as to construct the justice of the distribution of digital surplus value.In short,the creation of surplus value of digital labor is the basis of the distribution of surplus value,and the distribution of surplus value of digital labor plays an active and counterproductive role in the creation of surplus value of digital labor.However,due to the nonlinear relationship between the two,the distribution of surplus value of digital labor is not only deeply affected by the creation of surplus value of digital labor,but also affected by the ownership relationship of the means of production.
