摘 要:可靠的保护、通信和控制是公用事业变电站数字保护方案的重要特征,微电网可以作为一种替代解决方案,用于安装长距离输电和配电线路。在微电网中,有许多智能电子设备可用于电力网络的控制和监测,其中一种设备是相位测量单元,它是一种基于微处理器的智能设备,能够收集高分辨率的数据,检查电能质量并记录干扰情况。然而目前还存在一些问题,例如多个设备之间的互操作性以及各个控制系统之间的协调。本文使用IEC 61850905标准,并利用Operational Network Technology软件对PMU在微电网环境中的性能进行设计和测试。研究结果表明,PMU在整个微电网中的端对端通信和延迟方面表现良好。Reliable protection,communication and control are important features of digital protection solutions for utility substations,and microgrids can be an alternative solution for installing long-distance transmission and distribution lines.In microgrids,there are many intelligent electronic devices available for control and monitoring of the power network.One such device is the phasor measurement unit,a microprocessor-based smart device capable of collecting high-resolution data,checking power quality and recording disturbances.However,there are still some problems,such as interoperability between multiple devices and coordination between individual control systems.In this paper,we design and test the performance of PMUs in a microgrid environment using the IEC 61850905 standard and using the Operational Network Technology software.The results of this study show that PMUs perform well in terms of end-to-end communication and latency throughout the microgrid.
