摘  要:明确陕西省猕猴桃主产区丁香假单胞菌猕猴桃致病变种(Pseudomonas syringae pv.actinidiae,Psa)的变型,从而有针对性地制定猕猴桃溃疡病的综合防治策略,采集陕西省猕猴桃主产区周至、眉县、灞桥、渭南、长安和鄠邑不同年份发病样本进行病原菌的分离,对病原菌进行初步鉴定后再应用特异性PCR进行分子鉴定,并进行回接实验。从鉴定出的Psa菌株中选出16株不同年份不同地区的代表性菌株应用7个管家基因进行MLSA分型分析。共分离鉴定出86株不同地区不同年份的Psa菌株,并通过回接实验验证了其致病性。MLSA分型结果表明16株代表性Psa菌株均属于Psa3,且Psa3与Psa6的遗传距离最近。陕西省猕猴主产区的Psa变型为Psa3,近十年未发生变异。研究结果为今后Psa的检测鉴定及防治研究提供参考。The pathogenesis variation of Chinese gooseberry or Kiwifruit canker(Pseudomonas syringae pv.actinidiae)(Psa)in the main producing areas of Chinese gooseberry in Shaanxi Province was clarified thus to provide comprehensive control strategy for controlling kiwifruit canker disease specifically,the samples infected by kiwifruit canker pathogen were collected from Zhouzhi,Meixian,Baqiao,Weinan,Chang'an and Huyi of Shaanxi Province for the isolation of pathogenic bacteria.The pathogenic bacteria were first preliminarily identified using selective medium and identified by specific PCR further,after that artificial inoculation experiments were carried out.The representative strains from different regions and different particular years were selected from the identified Psa strains for MLSA typing using seven housekeeping genes.The results showed that a total of 86 Psa strains from different regions and different particular years were isolated and identified,and their pathogenicities were verified by artificial inoculation experiments.The result of MLSA typing showed that all the 16 representative Psa strains belonged to Psa3,and Psa3 had the closest genetic distance with Psa6.This indicates that the Psa variant in the main production areas of kiwifruit in Shaanxi Province is Psa3,and no variation has occurred in the past ten years.The research results provided reference for the detection,identification and prevention of Psa in the future.
