摘 要:针对现有激光波长测量方法复杂、成本高、缺乏普遍适用性的问题,提出了一种基于3×3光纤耦合器的激光波长测量方法,理论推导了测量方法的基本原理,并搭建了激光波长实验测试验证系统。利用光纤延时线(FDL)改变干涉仪测量臂的传输时延,采用现场可编程逻辑门阵列(FPGA)采样得到该时延变化量对应的干涉信号条纹半周期数,根据半周期数与时延差之间的关系,计算出待测激光波长。实验测试结果表明:当用该测量方法测量出激光波长分别为1310.84、1550.78 nm时,使用光谱仪测得的激光波长分别为1310.56、1550.63 nm,两者结果几近一致。Aiming at the problems of complexity,high cost and lack of universal applicability of existing laser wavelength measurement methods,a laser wavelength measurement method based on 3×3 fiber coupler is proposed.The basic principle of the measurement method is deduced theoretically,and the experimental testing system of laser wavelength is built.The fiber delay line(FDL)is used to change delay difference of the interferometer measuring arm,and the half-period number of the interference signal fringe corresponding to the delay change is obtained by using field programmable gate array(FPGA).According to the relationship between half-period number and delay difference,the laser wavelength to be measured is calculated.The experimental results show that the laser wavelength measured by this method is 1310.84 nm and 1550.78 nm respectively,and the laser wavelength measured by spectrograph are 1310.56 nm and 1550.63 nm respectively,and the results of the two are almost the same.
