摘 要:振动弛张筛可有效解决潮湿细粒煤炭的干法筛分问题,是煤炭清洁高效分选的重要工艺装备。该文章提出了一种具有弹性摆杆结构的新型振动弛张筛。为了研究该结构的力学性能,利用修正混合阻尼模型来描述弹性振动结构的动态恢复力。考虑到弹性摆杆结构的频变和幅变特性,通过中心复合试验设计,构建反映弹性振动结构的特征参数与振幅、频率关系的响应面近似模型,通过方差分析发现弹性振动结构刚度非线性受制于振幅平方与频率,阻尼特性受振幅与频率共同影响。提出了弹性摆杆振动弛张筛的四自由度幅频变动力学模型和计算框架,并通过数值计算获得了不同参数下的稳态响应。最后,对新型振动弛张筛样机进行多频点振动测试,主方向平均误差为2.12%和7.26%,验证了理论计算的正确性,为振动弛张筛的设计提供了新的思路。Vibrating flip-flow screen can effectively solve dry screening problem of wet fine coal,it is an important process equipment for clean and efficient coal separation.Here,a new type vibrating flip-flow screen with an elastic pendulum structure was proposed.In order to study mechanical properties of the structure,a modified mixed damping model was used to describe its dynamic resilience.Considering its amplitude-frequency variation characteristics,an approximate response surface model reflecting relations among its characteristic parameters,amplitude and frequency was constructed through central composite test design.Through variance analysis,it was shown that the nonlinear stiffness of elastic pendulum structure is subject to square of amplitude as well as frequency;its damping characteristics are affected by both amplitude and frequency.The dynamic model and calculation framework with 4-DOF amplitude-frequency variation for the elastic swing bar vibrating flip-flow screen were proposed.Its steady-state responses under different parameters were obtained through numerical calculation.Finally,multi-frequency vibration tests were conducted for the prototype of the new type vibrating flip-flow screen.The results showed that average errors of its main directions are 2.12%and 7.26%,respectively to verify the correctness of theoretical calculation;the proposed structure can provide a new idea for designing vibrating flip-flow screens.
