摘 要:为了减小工程中的振动带来的安全隐患与经济损失,磁流变阻尼器作为一种新型减振器件近年来被各行业广泛应用。基于往复压缩机管路振动试验平台,应用无线多点振动测量系统,对研制的半主动式磁流变阻尼器在管路中的减振效果进行分析,通过改变磁流变阻尼器电流大小分析该磁流变阻尼器减振情况与电流大小之间的关系。试验结果表明该磁流变阻尼器在管路中起到了较好的减振效果,各测点的振动位移大幅下降,在电流为1.8 A时减振效果最好,振动位移降幅达80.70%,分析表明随着电流的增加振动位移大多呈现逐渐减小的趋势。研制的半主动式磁流变阻尼器与传统阻尼器相比具有阻尼可变可调的优点,可较好适应往复压缩机组的长周期变工况安全运行。In order to reduce safety hazards and economic losses caused by vibration in engineering,magnetorheological(MR)dampers are widely used in various industries as a new type of dampers at present.Here,based on a reciprocating compressor pipeline vibration test platform,a wireless multipoint vibration measurement system was adopted to analyze vibration reduction effect of a semi-active MR damper developed in pipeline.By changing current values of the MR damper,the relation between its vibration reduction situation and current value was analyzed.The test results showed that the MR damper has a better vibration reduction effect in pipeline,vibration displacements at various measuring points have significantly dropping,when current is 1.8A,the vibration reduction effect is the best,vibration displacement amplitude decreases by 80.70%,most of vibration displacements tend to gradually decrease with increase in current;the developed semi-active MR damper has the advantage of variable and adjustable damping compared to traditional dampers;it can better adapt to long-term and safe operation of reciprocating compressor units under variable operating conditions.
