摘 要:以不同故障类型产生的冲击信号周期不同为出发点,提出了一种快速谱相关引导自适应线性调频模态分解的滚动轴承复合故障特征分离方法。首先使用快速谱相关搜寻复合故障信号中潜藏的循环频率成分;然后根据快速谱相关图绘制循环频率沿频率轴的能量分布曲线,提出单一循环频率能量主导准则挑选包含单一故障信息最多而另一故障信息最少的频带范围,从中选取合适的中心频率指引自适应线性调频模态分解对指定频带进行分解;最后对分解信号进行包络分析,根据故障频率判定故障类型。通过分析仿真信号以及外圈6点钟故障和12点钟故障与内圈复合故障试验信号表明,该方法可以实现复合故障特征的分离。Based on the different periods of shock signals generated by different fault types,a fast spectral correlation guided adaptive chirp mode decomposition method for rolling bearing composite fault feature separation was proposed.First,the fast spectral correlation was used to search the hidden cyclic frequency components in the composite fault signal,and then the energy distribution curve of the cyclic frequency along the frequency axis was drawn according to the fast spectral correlation diagram.A single cyclic frequency energy dominant criterion was proposed to select the frequency band range that contains the most single fault information and the least other fault information,from which the appropriate center frequency was selected to guide the adaptive linear frequency modulation mode decomposition to decompose the specified frequency band.Finally,envelope analysis of the decomposed signal was carried out to determine the fault type according to the fault frequency.The analysis of simulation signals and the experimental signals of 6 o’clock fault and 12 o’clock fault of outer ring and compound fault of inner rings shows that the method can realize the separation of compound fault features.
