摘  要:提出一种新型柔性底板联结隔震储罐结构体系,根据力的平衡原则推导了滚动隔震装置和复合滚动隔震装置恢复力模型,并分析了不同滚动隔震参数的力学性能,提出了新型柔性底板联结隔震储罐的简化力学模型和运动方程,并进行了减震效应研究。结果表明:当滚球半径确定后,随着凹半球半径的增大,其刚度系数逐渐降低,隔震周期逐渐增大,而且刚度系数和周期变化率逐渐降低,建议当设计隔震周期较小时应采用变刚度计算模型;采用滚动隔震装置和复合滚动隔震装置的新型柔性底板联结结构隔震储罐能够有效地降低储罐的地震响应,尤其对基底剪力及倾覆弯矩的控制,但对储液晃动波高控制有限;采用复合滚动隔震装置能大幅降低隔震层的位移,同时也能提高新型柔性底板联结隔震储罐的减震率。In this paper,a new structure system of flexible plate plate connection isolation storage tank was proposed.According to the principle of force balance,restoring force models of a rolling isolation device and a composite rolling isolation device were deduced,and the mechanical properties of different rolling isolation parameters were analyzed,the simplified mechanical model and motion equation of new type flexible plate plate connection isolation storage tanks were presented,the damping effect was studied.Results show that when the ball radius was determined,with the radius of concave hemisphere increasing,the stiffness coefficient gradually decreases and the isolation period gradually increases,and the rates of change stiffness coefficient and isolation period gradually decrease.It was suggested that the variable stiffness calculation model should be adopted when the design isolation period is small.The new type flexible plate connection isolation storage tanks with the rolling isolation device and the composite rolling isolation device can effectively reduce the seismic response of the storage tanks,especially the control of base shear and overturning bending moment,but the control of liquid sloshing wave height is limited.The composite rolling isolation device can greatly reduce the displacement of the isolation layer and improve the absorption rate of new type flexible plate plate connection isolation storage tanks.
