摘  要:城乡混合垃圾具有量大且杂、含水率高、生物转化利用率高等特性,好氧发酵能够有效地实现多源副产物的可持续利用。本文收集城乡混合垃圾好氧发酵和厌氧发酵产生的渗滤液,分别用滤纸和陶瓷膜过滤来调控有机物颗粒粒径,进行对比试验,采用聚焦光束反射测量仪分析渗滤液中有机物颗粒分布和团聚情况,设计陶瓷膜过滤设备,构建城乡混合垃圾渗滤液中有机物颗粒的微米化处理技术,并提出陶瓷膜过滤设备的通量恢复手段,为生产液体肥料和滴灌施肥做好准备。Urban and rural mixed waste has the characteristics of large and miscellaneous quantity,high moisture content,and high biological conversion and utilization rate,and aerobic fermentation can effectively achieve sustainable utilization of multi source by-products.This paper collects the leachate generated by aerobic and anaerobic fermentation of urban and rural mixed waste,and uses filter paper and ceramic membrane filtration to regulate the particle size of organic matter for comparative experiments,and uses a focused beam reflection measuring instrument to analyze the distribution and aggregation of organic particles in leachate,and designs a ceramic membrane filtration equipment,and constructs a micronization treatment technology for organic particles in urban and rural mixed waste leachate,and proposes a flux recovery method for ceramic membrane filtration equipment to prepare for the production of liquid fertilizers and drip irrigation fertilization.
