摘 要:多环芳烃(PAHs)是典型的土壤污染物,会导致土壤粒径、孔隙率和持水能力发生变化,危害微生物种群的多样性。PAHs具有强烈毒性和生物富集性,PAHs污染土壤修复已成为近年来环境保护领域的研究热点。目前,PAHs污染土壤的生物修复技术主要有3种,即微生物修复、动物修复和植物修复。本文综述了PAHs污染土壤的生物修复技术,并展望其未来研究方向,从而将多种方法联用,有效修复PAHs污染土壤,改善生态环境。Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs) are typical soil pollutants that can cause changes in soil particle size,porosity,and water holding capacity,endangering the diversity of microbial populations.PAHs have strong toxicity and bioaccumulation,and the remediation of PAHs contaminated soil has become a research hotspot in the field of environmental protection in recent years.At present,there are three main bioremediation technologies for PAHs contaminated soil,namely microbial remediation,animal remediation,and plant remediation.This paper reviews the bioremediation technologies for PAHs contaminated soil and looks forward to their future research directions,in order to combine multiple methods to effectively remediate PAHs contaminated soil and improve the ecological environment.
