摘  要:克隆植物具有生理整合特性,可用于重金属污染土壤修复。为了验证克隆植物的重金属转移特性,本文以喜旱莲子草为例,研究铅(Pb)的迁移路径,以期利用克隆植物的生理整合特性修复重金属污染土壤。试验结果表明,土壤保持低Pb含量,可以促进喜旱莲子草的生长;主根和附根是主要的Pb富集组织,其富集率随土壤Pb含量增加而增加;分株根系浸出液中检测到Pb,其浓度随土壤Pb含量增加而增加。研究结果为重金属污染土壤的修复提供新思路。Cloned plants have physiological integration characteristics,which can be used for the remediation of heavy metal contaminated soil.In order to verify the heavy metal transfer characteristics of cloned plants,this paper takes Alternanthera philoxeroides as an example to study the migration pathway of lead(Pb),with the aim of utilizing the physiological integration characteristics of cloned plants to remediate heavy metal contaminated soil.The experimental results indicate that maintaining low Pb content in the soil can promote the growth of Alternanthera philoxeroides;the main and accessory roots are the main Pb enriched tissues,and their enrichment rates increase with the increase of soil Pb content;Pb is detected in the leaching solution of the ramet roots,and its concentration increases with the increase of soil Pb content.The research results provide new ideas for the remediation of heavy metal contaminated soil.
