摘 要:作为一种废气处理技术,生物滴滤(BTF)具有良好的经济效益和环境效益,受到广泛认可。本文利用中试规模的生物滴滤塔处理污水处理厂排放的废气,并评价其对废气中挥发性有机物(VOCs)的处理效果。结果表明,污水处理厂排放的废气主要含有甲醇、乙醇、乙酸甲酯、三氯乙烯、H_(2)S和NH_(3),运行至第13天时,生物滴滤塔对VOCs的去除率超过90%。空床停留时间为59s时,生物滴滤塔的VOCs去除率均高于90%,当空床停留时间调整为32s时,其VOCs去除率明显降低。营养液中微量元素的减少对生物滴滤塔的性能影响不大。As a waste gas treatment technology,bio-trickling filtration(BTF) has good economic and environmental benefits and is widely recognized.This paper uses a pilot scale bio-trickling filter tower to treat waste gas discharged from sewage treatment plant and evaluates its treatment effect on volatile organic compounds(VOCs) in waste gas.The results show that the waste gas discharged from sewage treatment plant mainly contains methanol,ethanol,methyl acetate,trichloroethylene,H_2S,and NH_3,by the 13th day of operation,the removal rate of VOCs by the bio-trickling filter tower exceeds 90%.When the empty bed retention time is 59 s,the VOCs removal rate of the bio-trickling filter tower is higher than 90%,when the empty bed retention time is adjusted to 32 s,the VOCs removal rate significantly decreases.The reduction of trace elements in the nutrient solution has little effect on the performance of the bio-trickling filter.
