摘  要:生物膜法是污泥减量的重要工具,而蜂窝式固定床生物反应器(ISBS)是其新型改良工艺。本文以ISBS生物反应器为研究对象,分析化学需氧量(COD)、总氮(TN)、氨氮(NH3-N)、溶解氧(DO)等常规指标的沿程变化规律,考察反应器单元格的污水处理效能并探索微生物的生长环境,从脱氢酶活性和胞外聚合物两方面讨论反应器与污泥减量的联系。结果显示,ISBS生物反应器前两个区域主要去除大部分污染物,后面的单元格则能分解难降解的大分子物质,从而使整个系统呈现优秀的污水处理能力;当ISBS生物反应器前两个区域DO浓度控制在1.3~3.5 mg/L时,该工艺具有良好的脱氮性能与有机物去除能力,ISBS生物反应器为不同微生物提供稳定的生长区域,使生物膜微生物量一直达到动态平衡,微生物也更加丰富,这是强化污泥减量的重要原因。The biofilm method is an important tool for sludge reduction,and the integrated spatial bacterial succession(ISBS) is a new improved process of it.Taking the ISBS bioreactor as the research object,this paper analyzes the changes in conventional indicators such as chemical oxygen demand(COD),total nitrogen(TN),ammonia nitrogen(NH_3-N),and dissolved oxygen(DO) along the process,examines the sewage treatment efficiency of the reactor cells,and explores the growth environment of microorganisms,and discusses the relationship between the reactor and sludge reduction from two aspects:dehydrogenase activity and extracellular polymer.The results show that the first two regions of the ISBS bioreactor mainly remove most of the pollutants,while the latter cells can decompose difficult to degrade macromolecular substances,resulting in excellent sewage treatment capacity of the entire system;when the DO concentration in the first two regions of the ISBS bioreactor is controlled between 1.3 ~ 3.5 mg/L,the process has good denitrification performance and organic matter removal ability,and the ISBS bioreactor provides stable growth areas for different microorganisms,enabling the biofilm microbial biomass to reach a dynamic balance and becoming more abundant,which is an important reason for enhancing sludge reduction.
