县域农村生活污水治理的近期建设规划体系研究——以宁波市江北区为例

摘　　要：为全面落实浙江省委、省政府关于补齐农村生活污水治理短板的决策部署,更好地指导各县域农村生活污水治理工作,当前急需开展以县域为单元的近期建设规划编制工作。本文以浙江省宁波市江北区为研究区,立足于当地城乡污水治理现状,制定以目标与问题为导向的技术路线,进而开展规划编制工作。未来,要构建合理的农村污水治理规划体系,补齐农村生活污水治理短板,实现农村生活污水治理从“有”到“好和美”的转变。In order to fully implement the decision and deployment of the Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee and Government on filling the gaps in rural domestic sewage treatment,and better guide the rural domestic sewage treatment work in various counties,it is urgently necessary to carry out the preparation of short-term construction plans based on counties.Taking Jiangbei District,Ningbo City,Zhejiang Province as the research area,based on the current situation of local urban and rural sewage treatment,this paper formulates a technical route guided by goals and problems,and then carries out plan preparation work.In the future,it is necessary to build a reasonable rural sewage treatment planning system,fill the gaps in rural domestic sewage treatment,and achieve the transformation of rural domestic sewage treatment from "having" to "good and beautiful".
