摘 要:市政污泥产生量与日俱增,它正成为城市急需处理的固体废弃物。市政污泥含有大量的有机质与水,需要与生活垃圾分开单独处理。近年来,政府和社会资本合作(PPP)模式已被引入环境工程中。本文以惠州市惠阳区污泥、餐厨垃圾、粪便无害化处理PPP项目中的污泥干化处理工程为例,结合选择的工艺路线,系统阐述污泥干化系统的工艺设计和工程建设,以推进污泥的资源化利用。The production of municipal sludge is increasing day by day,and it is becoming an urgent solid waste that needs to be treated in cities.Municipal sludge contains a large amount of organic matter and water,and needs to be treated separately from household waste.In recent years,the public-private-partnership(PPP) model has been introduced into environmental engineering.Taking the sludge drying treatment engineering in the PPP project for harmless treatment of sludge,kitchen waste,and feces in Huiyang District,Huizhou City as an example,combined with the selected process route,this paper systematically elaborates on the process design and engineering construction of the sludge drying system,in order to promote the resource utilization of sludge.
