浅析“课程思政”建设背景下军队院校青年教员的现状与发展

摘　　要：“课程思政”指将思想政治教育与各学科专业知识有机结合,从而潜移默化地对学生产生良好影响。军队院校作为我军人才培养、输出的主阵地,“课程思政”建设的地位显得尤为重要。军队院校青年教员对于开展课程思政教育,出现了各种不适应性。针对以上问题,本文通过解读《高等学校课程思政建设指导纲要》,分析军队院校青年教员的现状和发展,为军队院校青年教员长期的职业生涯提供借鉴。“Curriculum Ideological and Political"is the integration of ideological and political education and theoretical knowledge of various disciplines,so as to exert a subtle influence on students.As the main position of training and exporting talents,military colleges and universities play an important role in the construction of"curriculum ideological and political".Young teachers in military academies face various problems and inadaptability in the face of the requirements of"ideological and political"education.In view of the above problems,this paper provides reference for the long-term teaching career of the military academy green pepper by interpreting the construction outline of"curriculum ideological and political"and analyzing the current situation and development of the military academy green pepper.
