摘　　要：随着大智移云时代的到来,财会工作逐渐向平台化和数智化方向发展。财务共享服务平台建设是促进企业数智化转型的重要环节。文章依据企业战略定位,从战略、组织、人才、流程、数据以及技术6个方面阐述基于Web的财务共享服务平台构建、共享服务平台模块功能和建设保障措施,为优化财务共享服务平台管理、促进企业信息化、数智化转型以及高质量发展提供参考。With the arrival of the era of intelligent cloud migration,financial and accounting work is gradually developing towards platformization and digital intelligence.The construction of financial shared service platform is an important link to promote the digital and intelligent transformation of enterprises.According to the strategic positioning of enterprises,this paper expounds the construction of web-based financial shared service platform,the functions of shared service platform modules and the construction guarantee measures from six aspects of strategy,organization,talent,process,data and technology,which provides a reference for optimizing the management of financial shared service platform,promoting enterprise informatization,digital intelligence transformation and high-quality development.
